1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and j33bet ("j33bet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the j33bet platform available at j33bet.vip, including all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a j33bet account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the j33bet Platform.

j33bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the contact details held on account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a j33bet account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. j33bet operates a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Age verification may be required at registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept full and sole responsibility for compliance with local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from j33bet or excluded by j33bet under these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close associate of j33bet or any of its affiliated entities.

Each user may register only one account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity credentials is strictly prohibited. j33bet reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without prior notice and to retain any funds held in such accounts pending investigation.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. j33bet may require you to submit identity verification documents ("KYC") at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, passport, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in the restriction or closure of your account and suspension of withdrawals.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j33bet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. j33bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify j33bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. j33bet may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of a security report. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all j33bet account holders and is strongly recommended.

All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, including any placed by a third party using your credentials with or without your knowledge.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment

j33bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform and are subject to change. j33bet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Verified accounts typically receive mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) withdrawals within 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

j33bet reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where:

• KYC verification has not been completed or satisfactorily resolved;
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised by or on behalf of the account holder.

Funds deposited to j33bet are used solely for betting and gaming purposes on the Platform. j33bet accounts are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest. j33bet is not a financial institution.

5. Betting Rules and Void Bets

All bets placed on the j33bet sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform. It is the responsibility of the user to read and understand these rules before placing any wager.

j33bet reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where:

• The bet was accepted as a result of a manifest error in pricing, odds, or market configuration;
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed;
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result being determined in accordance with the relevant rules;
• j33bet determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bet was placed as part of coordinated or systematic exploitation of the Platform.

Voided bets are returned to the account balance at the original stake amount. j33bet's decision on voided bets is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

j33bet offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matters they address.

General bonus rules applicable to all j33bet promotions include:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared;
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• j33bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed;
• Players who j33bet determines have attempted to abuse the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts restricted or closed.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

j33bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from within your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Restrict maximum losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been active on the Platform for a set duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the j33bet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are applied immediately. During a self-exclusion period, j33bet will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.

j33bet strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account will be returned to the deposit source, minus any amounts already wagered. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j33bet Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for systematic financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or j33bet's systems;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes;
• Engaging in any conduct that j33bet reasonably considers to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other users or staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j33bet's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your j33bet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j33bet shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.

j33bet does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance windows and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. j33bet will not be liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and online commerce laws. Any dispute arising between you and j33bet in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be referred to j33bet's internal dispute resolution process. j33bet will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fourteen business days. If you are not satisfied with j33bet's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body associated with j33bet's operating licence.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

j33bet may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their j33bet account. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
